Tequila Thyme
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Lajach Citrus Splash Tequila
2 sprigs of thyme
Lime wedge
Ginger ale
METHOD
1. Add tequila and thyme to shake. Squeeze lime wedge and toss into shaker. Fill with ice.
2. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty
3. Strain into your favourite glass filled with ice
3. Top with ginger ale
Tequila PUNCH!
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Lajach Passion Punch Tequila
HOW MUCH? of your favourite frozen fruit juice concentrate
Club soda or sparkling water
METHOD
1. Fill a tall glass with ice
2. Add tequila and frozen juice concentrate
3. Stir until fruit concentrate has melted
4. Top with club soda or sparkling water

Strawberry Tequila Sangria
INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
6 oz LaJach Nude Flame Tequila
1 750ml bottle dry white wine, chilled
1 orange, sliced
Mint leaves
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, combine strawberries sugar, and tequila. Cover; refrigerate for 30 mins
2. Fill pitcher with orange slices and mint. Pour wine into a pitcher.
3. Add tequila mixture; stir.
4. Pour into glasses filled with ice
Tequila & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
Lime wedge
2 oz of your favourite Lajach flavoured tequila
4 oz of our favourite tonic
METHOD
1. Fill a highball glass with ice
2. Squeeze the lime over the ice and drop it into the glass
3. Add tequila and top with tonic; stir briefly
Picante Pigeon
INGREDIENTS
1-2 jalapeno slices
1 teaspoon sugar
2 oz Lajach Blue Oasis Tequila
2 oz pink grapefruit juice
1 oz lime juice
Grapefruit slice for garnish
METHOD
1. Muddle jalapeno and sugar in a cocktail shaker
2. Add tequila, grapefruit & lime juices; fill with ice
3. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty
stain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with grapefruit slice
Cherry Berry Cola
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Lajach Cherry Berry Tequila
Your favourite cola
Club soda or sparkling water
Lime wedge for garnish
METHOD
1. Fill a highball with ice
2. Add tequila, fill 2/3rd with cola, top with club soda/sparkling water; stir gently
3. Garnish with lime wedge
